Gabriel Romero is the director and general coordinator of Caravanas de Mexico. He is a travel agent and licensed Tourist Guide in Mexico and speaks several languages fluently (English, Spanish, French and Italian). Gabriel has worked for several caravan companies based in several countries over the years. He has been university educated in Archaeology , Anthropology & Tourism and has also been an adult education teacher. Gabriel personally as led many of our caravan tours and excursions off-caravan on various routes such as: Copper Canyon, Yucatan, Colonial Mexico and Baja California. Gabriel has been providing services for RVers and other RV Caravan companies (mainly based in Quebec) for many years. Gabriel Romero is well known and respected in the tourism industry as a specialist and caravan developer in Mexico, and has written articles on RV Travel in Mexico for Canadian Magazines. Paul is an ex-wagon master. He volunteers his services to answer questions you may have about caravans. He is a valuable source of specialized information.
He has helped Caravanas de Mexico to organize the RV shows and presents seminars on RVing in Mexico. Paul is a world traveler who has already traveled to over 60 countries and done foreign aid work for Habitat for Humanity.

Caravanas de Mexico is a registered, family owned Mexican tour company, officially registered as “Operadora Turística Caramex, S.A. de C.V.” in Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico, catering to Canadians & Americans in both English & French, and to Mexicans in Spanish. We have been providing support service for other caravan companies for about 25 years. We also run bus tours and provide guide services for other companies and that is still our main business, but it melds well with RV Caravans. We have been running our own caravans now for 15 years in English, and for 10 years in both English & French. We specialize in Mexico as our main destination.
We maintain an extensive network of trilingual tour guides, many of which have worked for us for many years. They often travel with the caravan for segments of the trip. Our Wagon Masters are contracted tour directors supported by our team of Coordinators and Green Angels assistance when it’s required.
